Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the products are free of makeup or sweat marks.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
